Everyone should have a licensed massage therapist in their family.
I felt like a pampered guest in my own house...
Probably the last time to get pampered,
before it means this kind of pampers:
The girls of course adored the extra attention and energy, that is especially lacking on my part lately.
Having both Auntie Kara here and RyDaddy home an extra day, they managed bike rides, time at the park...(outdoor photo credits: Kara)
They even got to go to a basketball game with Auntie Kara and RyDaddy
(Mama refuses to sit on the bleachers at this point, and pretty much anywhere that isn't a couch!!!)

...and were invited onto the court before the game to give the Central High School team high fives...
and got their first ever rose....
Boy they sure felt special!
And wouldn't you know it-it even snowed this weekend---
You know it must not snow here much when I take a video of nothing other than snow falling...
Enough snow to build a real snowman too....
It started out as a snow mouse, and then transformed into a tribute to Dr. Seuss
or something like that...
I'm just thankful it snowed on a day RyDaddy was home,
so I didn't have to be the one to attempt the snow person masterpiece!
Oh---and Kara also cleaned my house! We're talking vacuuming, scrubbing the bathroom, doing dishes, helping out with laundry, cleaning the girls' room......& made me lots and lots of hot tea to help alleviate my bothersome and forever lingering cold (so sorry to have passed it onto you in the process Kara!), and watched the girls while RyDaddy and I got to go out on ahot date... You're moving in when Kara????
These video clips are a chair she is trialing at therapy,
but the one getting ordered for her will be about the same,
maybe a different color;
not sure the purple is still an option.
Watch out everyone! Here she comes!
And to include the other munchkin..... She got herself up and dressed to go play out in the "snow" before I was even awake!
And she's taking this "getting ready for baby" business very seriously!
And she has tried on all the baby clothes,
learned what a "onesie" is,
although she couldn't figure out how to put that one on,
played with all the baby toys,
tried out all the blankies...
K-Rae wanted to know if she could "make a movie for baby for Valentine's Day..."
My job? "Stand there and smile..."
And I convinced her to take the obligatory baby book shots for me....seriously ready to pop--just about 37 weeks!!! According to my "trusty" internet site for baby facts:
"Space is getting cramped." (You don't say---I wonder if whoever wrote this had to have a doctorate to figure that out!!!!!??????) "There should be no problem if it is born any time from now on...." (OK, I can go for that--today would've been just fine!) "Since it is less roomy in the uterus, your baby cannot move much so you are unlikely to feel as many kicks and elbows" (Ummmm, wrong.....I pretty much feel like there is a small earthquake going on in my belly all of the time!!!)
