We had great intentions of making it to a Christmas Eve service.....
I got sick, so it didn't happen.
The girls weren't about to go to bed without having a home church service though--
which they led.
It bought them another hour staying up past bedtime...
K-Rae was the preacher,
Little Miss Mae led the songs with her talker.
It was quite the entertaining service...
especially the part where K-Rae informed us if we are hungry,
we should all shout out "Church, church, give us food!"
She also let us know, if it was our first time to be there, we should all pay money!
Grandma Tree about died laughing....
and wonders what kind of church we're
taking our girls to on a weekly basis!
RyDaddy spent a good amount of time in Time Out during church...
for continuing to sing once the song had ended.
Our "song books" came in handy to hide our giggles!
And I wondered where the idea of song books came from anyhow,
as our church doesn't even have such a thing!
Anyhow, we acknowledged our Savior's birth in some sort of fashion,
and I suppose He may have been rather humored at the sincere effort of the girls...
